READING DEVELOPMENT
PreK4, Kindergarten & 1st Level
SFJMCS utilizes two programs to produce strong and confident readers who are ready to take on their next level of learning. Through a Readiness Assessment and Coordination Development tests, students are placed in one of our two well-proven reading programs.
CORE CURRICULUM

2nd - 5th Levels (Elementary)
6th - 8th Levels (Middle School)
We provide a mastery-based curriculum that covers all seven disciplines & teaches students to view life through Biblical perspective. While incorporating goal-setting, Scripture, Godly character building & Biblical principles, we are able to place students at their exact academic performance levels through diagnostic testing. Our curriculum is individualized stressing each student's uniqueness, instills critical thinking skills and utilizes multimedia and computer technology.
HIGH SCHOOL
9th - 12th Levels
Smoking For Jesus Ministry Christian School offers four courses of study for high school students to pursue.
Honors (28 credits req'd)
College Preparatory (26.5 credits req'd)
General (24 credits req'd)
Vocational (22 credits req'd)
The College Preparatory Course of Study is recommended for most students. The General course of study is similar to TEA's Foundations Plan.
All High School students are Dual-enrolled in Lighthouse Christian Academy for accreditation purposes.
